If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days for a full refund. To help us rapidly process your request, please return a copy of this receipt with the merchandise. We recommend that you return items via an insured mail service for your protection. Please note that the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers Official Store will only refund the original shipping cost if your return was a result of our error. Customers are responsible for postage cost incurred from returned merchandise.
Sock Return Policy: socks must be unworn and still have the original tags attached.
Face Mask Return Policy: For health and safety precautions, these face masks are NOT returnable and not refundable.

**Due to COVID-19, orders placed between March 16, 2020 through May 1, 2020 will be given 90 days to return merchandise for a full refund**
At this time, we do not offer online exchanges. If you would like to get an item in another size, style, or color, simply mail back the item you have for a full refund. You will then need to place a new order. If all items from the original order are returned, we will refund the original shipping cost.
If you received a damaged item, please send us an email with the details of your damaged order inquiry by using the contact us form. This will help us better track your email inquiry and ensure you will get a quicker response to your order change request.
We will follow up and send you a prepaid label for the return shipping costs or authorize you to ship and refund your cost to your credit card. Once we receive the new item we will re-ship the correct item(s) to you. Please ensure to include the full details of your issue and return/exchange request when sending the item(s) back to us.
